Terms & Conditions

ANNARODEWIJK terms & conditions policy follows the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. By placing an order at annarodewijk.com you are agreeing to all ANNARODEWIJK terms & conditions and information on this page. ANNARODEWIJK reserve the right to change any information on the annarodewijk.com website at any time. ANNARODEWIJK is the recognised brand named of ANNARODEWIJK LIMITED and is based in New Zealand. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown on the annarodewijk.com website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Payments

ANNARODEWIJK currently accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal and credit card via Stripe.

Product Descriptions

ANNARODEWIJK aims to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on our site. However, ANNARODEWIJK does not guarantee that the product description or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserves the right to modify without prior notice.

Colours

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, colour accuracy depends on screen calibrations and standards, ANNARODEWIJK cannot guarantee that all screen display of colour will match the garment exactly.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with NZ Post and a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times or transit delays. For orders within New Zealand, we charge a standard fee of $10 and the approximate delivery timeframe for this service is 1-3 working days (excluding processing time). All orders shipped with NZ Post are fully traceable on their website. You can contact your local NZ Post branch if you have any questions regarding your shipment. For orders to Australia, we charge a standard fee of $20 and the approximate delivery timeframe for this service to main city addresses is 3-7 working days (excluding processing time). For orders outside of New Zealand and Australia, we charge a standard fee of $40. Timeframes vary depending on your country, location within that country and your countries board/customs processing timeframes. Please contact us if you have questions prior to placing an international order.

Delivery Processing & Timeframes

We are a very small team and aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard NZST working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details. During holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. ANNARODEWIJK cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature is required upon delivery. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, please let us know at enquiries@annarodewijk.com within 5 days of receiving your order, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements. We will happily offer you the option to exchange full-priced items that do not fit correctly. You may swap them for the right size, colour or style within 7 days of your original order delivery date, subject to stock availability Please note we are unable to provide online store credit notes for returned items at this time. If we receive your returned item within 14 days of your original order delivery date, you may request a refund (excl. shipping).

No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount code - these sales are final and cannot be returned.

Returns Policy

A returns authorisation number must be issued prior to returning an item. Any returns that are sent back to us without prior approval will not be processed.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for resale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods. All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if the above returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Until your return is received by ANNARODEWIJK, it is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as ANNARODEWIJK does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. We encourage you to return your items in recycled packaging to help us reduce waste. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of any exchanged items will be free for the first exchange, however any subsequent exchanges made will be charged. Returns must arrive back to our studio within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns exceeding this timeframe will be sent back to you at our discretion.

If you receive a faulty product, please notify us via email immediately. While your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law are protected and honoured by us, you must always notify ANNARODEWIJK within 7 days after receiving your order. If ANNARODEWIJK consider the products to be defective, ANNARODEWIJK will make a full refund including shipping costs..

Disclaimer

ANNARODEWIJK is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties with the website or unavailability of products. ANNARODEWIJK shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this website. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the website, your use of or reliance on the website or any of the information or materials available on the website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

The content and design of this website and all products are copyright and belong to ANNARODEWIJK. "ANNARODEWIJK" is a registered trademark of IAMSTUDIOS LIMITED.

Privacy policy

We firmly believe in protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter subscribers to anyone. We also do not store your credit card details on our server, all credit card purchases are processed through a PayPal secure payment gateway.

IAMSTUDIOS LIMITED on behalf of ANNARODEWIJK is the controller of the personal data you submit and is responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

We do not sell your data. Data that is forwarded to third parties we utilise; MailChimp, is only used to provide you with our services. You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact enquiries@annarodewijk.com who will be able to provide you with your personal data via e-mail.

Whenever IAMSTUDIOS LIMITED processes your personal data on behalf of ANNARODEWIJK, based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by IAMSTUDIOS LIMITED on behalf of ANNARODEWIJK at any time except for the following situations:

You have an ongoing matter with Customer Service. You have an open order which has not yet been shipped. You have an unsettled debt with ANNARODEWIJK. You are suspected or have misused our services within the last four years. You have made a purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping rules. Erasure of any personal data withdraws the ability for IAMSTUDIOS LIMITED on behalf or ANNARODEWIJK to trace previous proof of purchase and may prevent opportunity to exchange or refund an item.

You have the right to object to direct marketing. You can opt out from direct marketing by following the instructions in the footer of each newsletter. We take data protection very seriously and have dedicated customer service personnel who handle your requests in relation to your personal data and rights as stated above.
